Noise in the Dojo
Noise from the "sidelines" during class can be disruptive for those in class as well as for those leading the class. Let’s be more aware of noises and other unnecessary distractions and keep them to a minimum. PLEASE, if you must talk while classes are in session, do so very softly and stop completely when Sensei is speaking to the class or making announcements.

Lost & Found
 Have you ever lost something?  Don’t forget to check our lost & found box located in the Student Services Center (SSC). Items left in lost & found over 30 days are given to the needy.

Rocks
For some reason, children love to throw rocks. Please help them understand that throwing rocks can be dangerous. Someone could get hurt, car paint can be nicked and lawn mower blades can be damaged. If you happen to see someone throwing rocks, please help them learn that this is something they should not do – at least not at the dojo.

The Drop Box
The USA Martial Arts "Drop Box" provides a simple way to communicate. It is located in the Student Services Center (SSC) and looks very much like a metropolitan mailbox.  Used for a multitude of communication purposes, the drop box collects various items including test applications, notes about student absences, association fees, suggestions, etc.

Special "CASH ONLY" envelopes are available just under the drop box. Be sure to complete the blanks on the envelope indicating your name, payment purpose & date. These envelopes should be used only for cash or small items that need to be kept together. When leaving a check, use its "memo" field to indicate its purpose.

The "Drop Box" is emptied by Sensei every night making it a great way to get him a message.

Telephone Messages
 The dojo telephone answering system attempts to find Sensei when he is away from campus. The system makes this attempt between the hours of 8:15 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. Only Sensei & Mrs. Bushnell have access to these messages.  Feel free to leave a detailed message any time.

Changes, Comments or Suggestions
If you have a suggestion or comment, we want to know.  Your can communicate changes, comments and/or suggestions with us via comment card, voice mail message or e-mail, sensei@usamartialarts.com.  Mrs. Bushnell's is mrsb@usamartialarts.com.

If you move or change your telephone number, let us know! Also, we do make mistakes and appreciate being notified about them.

Comment cards are available in the Student Services Center. Your feedback may be mailed to the address on the card or simply placed into the Drop Box located above where you find the Comment card.
