This training is provided for those serious martial arts students who wish to study more advanced techniques. These special training classes are typically scheduled on Friday and are available to selected students. "In-House" seminars are conducted for the purpose of teaching advanced techniques that are not a part of the regular program curriculum and to get more in depth into techniques introduced within the regular program. These seminars are instructed by Sensei Bushnell and take place on scheduled Fridays throughout the year. Sensei Bushnell invites Shihan Roger Jarrett and Shihan Kevin Blok to Birmingham at least once per year. Special weekend (2-3 day) seminars are held during their visits. Jarrett's annual seminar is held during August and Blok's during April. Other "Guest Instructor" seminars are scheduled as often as possible. Refer to "Schedule & Events" for more detail.
